I’ve always Ubered Zuru, I order atleast once a month. I’ve never gone in person, but definitely the in person experience is way better, the food is just as delicious and the atmosphere is really nice. Staff is very knowledgeable and very attentive.
I’ve come to Zuru ramen—though not necessarily this location—a couple times already. While it is on the pricier side for a college student’s budget, I find the food to be rich, filling, and warm in both temperature and feeling itself. I like setting aside a portion of my pay for this place; on hard days, I come in, sit down, and treat myself. You can never go wrong with their 18 hour broth. On shift today were Dean, Zara, and Sadie. They’re a great team, and kept everything moving impressively quickly while remaining attentive and polite to their guests. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.
Overall OK vibe. The sake that I ordered was 6/10: a lil bland on the taste. The fried rice i ordered was 5/10: didnt have any sauce so I settled for soy sauce which made it salty due to the sodium. Also, I was underinpressed with the shrimp because it was deep fried which kills the taste altogether. Servers act a bit timid and doesn't appear excited; making the experience a bit: blah. Visited the restaurant again on 6/2/26.. the experience was a bit better with the 2 different employees that were working. I ordered the chicken Pan Tan and it was great! I also wanted to order the Korean chicken wings but waiter advised it'll take 20 mins & will come after my noodles so I skipped out.
3/6/26 Amazing taste. I only can give 5 start for the food because I ordered online, but definitely after this first try I’m planning to visit the place soon. I ordered the best Yuzu Ramen that I have ever tried. Taro milk tea delicious as well. Sorry I didn’t take a picture of the Yuzu ramen before finishing it in minutes. 3/2326 Visiting the restaurant. I sustain my opinion Amazing food. The place is small but nicely clean. Only 9 tables inside with small decorations on the walls. It also have some tables outside. The waiters were really attentive and fast. I add more pictures.
