Peter, my service rep was extremely helpful and prompt. He made sure I had a perfect experience. He was there to greet me when I dropped the vehicle off for service and made sure the loaner vehicle was perfect. He met me when I came to pick up the vehicle as well.

Had an outstanding experience with our service consultant, Claudio Mendoza Junior. Called in a few weeks back with our Hummer EV having an alignment issue. Junior was able to get us worked in right away, set us up with a loaner vehicle, and kept us informed through out the entire process. Was an excellent experience compared to past service experiences we've had with other dealerships in town.
