I patronise them almost every time I’m on Immermanstr. Their chicken option is halal which means I can explore pretty much all the menu. They also have a loyalty card which I hope to continue filling!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for authentic Korean-style onigiri with generous fillings, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Every onigiri we tried was freshly made, generously filled, and offered great value for money. * 참치마요 삼각김밥 (Onigiri Thunfisch Mayo) – 5/5 Easily the best tuna mayo onigiri I’ve ever had. The filling was incredibly flavorful, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Absolutely delicious. * 참치&김치 삼각김밥 (Onigiri Thunfisch Kimchi) – 5/5 Another excellent onigiri. I personally would have loved a bit more of the classic kimchi kick—more acidity and a little more spice—but even without that, it was incredibly tasty. * 불닭마요 삼각김밥 (Onigiri Buldak Chicken Mayo) – 4/5 A very unique combination that you rarely find. It delivered a wonderful balance of sweetness, heat, and umami. The only downside was that it felt slightly greasy, and the spice level might be a bit much for some people. * 치킨 데리야끼 삼각김밥 (Onigiri Hähnchen Teriyaki) – 5/5 Packed with filling and full of flavor. The teriyaki seasoning was delicious, making this one of my favorites as well. * 불고기 삼각김밥 (Onigiri Rindfleisch, mariniert) – 3.5/5 Still tasty, but noticeably sweeter than the others. The flavor reminded me more of a sweet barbecue sauce, which wasn’t quite my personal preference. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and consistency. The fillings were generous, the rice had a great texture, and each onigiri felt freshly prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the selection.
This is my first time by this shop tonight, and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was also amazing. It's a pity that I got here so late so that most of the foods seemed to be sold out. I will definitely come back and make sure to arrive early next time:)
A gem in Düsseldorf where you can purchase authentic Korean food; kimbap & jokbal were my choices of the day. I was also gifted rice cake for christmas, and the general menu seemed divine. Highly recommendable place.
