I order online monthly. The service is super fast and friendly. Issues are resolved within the hour after ordering and I always get my stuff within a day or 2. There is so much variety and they go the extra mile to even get out of stock things in a hurry when you really need it. Can't recommend enough 10/5 stars ❤️
Excellent customer service. I messaged them before I placed an order and they helped get me the specific colour of xros 4 nano I wanted and gave great advice on vape juice flavours i wanted. My order arrived on time and was well packaged. Overall I'm impressed and would recommend this store. Also their prices are very competitive so definitely a big win for me. Oh and they also sent me a free bottle opener for my longfill vape juice...that was very thoughtful. Also note, they offer a 10% discount on your first purchase order of over 1k and free delivery for orders over 1k.
